The space
Rest and Relax in a quiet haven after a long day at the beach in your own space on multiple floors. The Condo on 3 floors has been completely renovated with a brand new modern European style kitchen you can cook in, or order in or go out for the night. Many restaurants are also walking distance from Condo. Newly renovated living room, dining area and large master bedroom, with a loft/storage. The first-floor entrance has an armoire wall closet, a large mudroom/foyer, and a new stackable washer/dryer unit in the laundry area. A Beautiful staircase leads up to the open floor plan kitchen, living room, and dining room which boasts lots of natural sunlight. The living room has a queen-sized pull-out couch and a 70″ TV. From the living room, French doors open into the large master bedroom, which has one queen-sized bed and one twin-size bed. There are two-night tables, a large wardrobe armoire, a dresser, and a 50″ TV with plenty of room to relax. There are additional stairs that lead up to the 3rd floor’s large loft/storage with a couch, a bean bag, games, and a TV. Included are beach towels, beach tags and for an additional fee of 75.00 one private beach parking space directly across from the beach for easy beach access! See House Rules for information. Return to a very large fenced in yard and your own private outside shower, picnic tables, and outside electric grill to enjoy the late afternoons. Cook in a new kitchen with all the amenities or eat out or ordering and enjoy the evening. Our new 2025 Barn style hangout is open to all guest to use. An extra large room to hang outside and do arts and crafts, read or just relax outside. Property is on half an acre and it has a very private backyard. A place to secure your bikes to take out on the town or just ride around the cul-de-sac.

Guests will have their own unit to themselves. Free parking on premise or free parking on street. Yard is shared with the other unit guests. There are 2 picnic tables and umbrellas for each condo unit. Shared Electric BBQ grill. Each Unit has their own outside shower. Our new 2025 Barn style hangout is open to all guest to use. An extra large room to hang outside and do arts and crafts, read or just relax outside.

Took a chance on a brand new VRBO listing and we are just overjoyed with our experience and stay! The farmhouse is beautiful, modern and still had that quaint charm we were wanting. House is beautiful and property is situated on corner with beautiful landscaping and backyard privacy. Location was great within minutes of walking or very short car ride to best parts of Cape May and the beach. All appliances were modern and worked perfectly. Kitchen and bath were well supplied with everything needed. Outdoor shower was a great bonus and very private. AC worked flawlessly. Private beach parking was worth it and location at the beach was perfect for seeing dolphins multiple times. Communication with the owner was exceptional and she was extremely attentive. This condo was just as described and more!! So so clean , modern, awesome TV's , FULLY equipped kitchen , board games and more! The location was under a mile to all the action so in the mornings we would drive to the beach (get the beach parking the host offers, it's right in front the beach, can't be beat and you can even use it at night if you want to walk by the water), at night we would typically just walk into town for dinner, shopping and drinks and walk home to get in some steps and digest. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to stay, all the comforts of home plus amenities like an outdoor shower that make the stay so much easier! extremely close to the beach and to shops/restaurants, beach parking and passes were so helpful! this place has all the feels of cape may!
